Classes

Each class is an opporunity to reconnect with yourself, become present in the moment, and experience the beauty of Lake Gaston.

Classes link poses (asanas) to breath and are each masterfully designed by owner Pamela Collier to the unique needs of her students.
We offer a variety of beginner to advanced group yoga classes. Private classes are offered at your place or ours, and we also offer group and private Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga.
Each class is specifically tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
Bring an open mind, yoga mat (if you have one) and a water.  Mats and props are also available free of charge.  SUP boards, PFD and anchor are required for SUP yoga.

What People Are Saying…

{

“She’s a great instructor and kind of mellows everything out and explains what the next pose is all about and why you’re doing it... If you’ve never done it before, come. If you’ve only done it once, come. If you’re 54, come. If you’re 73, come.”

"My big picture is to have people come and enjoy the experience at the lake; be able to release whatever they are holding on to; be able to enjoy the view and all the benefits of yoga."

– Pamela Collier

“Yoga is about clearing away whatever is in us that prevents our living in the most full and whole way. With yoga, we become aware of how and where we are restricted — in body, mind, and heart — and how gradually to open and release these blockages. As these blockages are cleared, our energy is freed. We start to feel more harmonious, more at one with ourselves. Our lives begin to flow — or we begin to flow more in our lives.”

– Cybele Tomlinson

"Exercises are like prose, whereas yoga is the poetry of movements. Once you understand the grammar of yoga; you can write your poetry of movements.”

– Amit Ray

“Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. And this is the point of spiritual practice; to make us teachable; to open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.”

– Rolf Gates
